  • Where do you deliver to? (Delivery areas)
    * We deliver to most areas in Hong Kong, except: The areas that we do not deliver to include: remote areas, remote islands, and restricted areas that require a permit. No delivery service to Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Mui Wo and other remote islands Delivery service does not include areas that cannot be reached directly by our vehicles or buildings without a functioning lift to the 3/F or above. In such a situation where no lift is available, BIG BANG INCORPORATION LIMITED or its staff will require the customer to pick up the goods at a location chosen by BIG BANG INCORPORATION LIMITED or its staff. Note: No delivery services shall be available on first four days of the Chinese New Year, Hong Kong general public holidays (for specific arrangement can refer to the latest news on our website), Typhoon signal No 8 or the black rainstorm signal is hoisted.
  • How much cost the delivery service?
    * The delivery service is FREE on all orders over HK$800 within Hong Kong and Kowloon. For orders below the order amount of HK$800, we do not provide delivery services. The below mentioned areas have additional delivery charges: * For other locations not listed above, the specific fee will be adjusted according to the address provided by the customer, except to those areas that we don't deliver to.   • When will I receive my order?
    Local delivery service (about 2-5 days for delivery), after receiving your order.
  • What happens if I'm not present at the time of delivery or the delivery address is wrong?
    We will call you before to arrange the delivery and confirm the address with you. If there's nobody there, we will leave your products outside your door.
  • Do you deliver outside of Hong Kong?

  • What type of order pick-up services are there?
    You can buy and pick up your purchase at our offices. You can choose different options: Buy online and pick up at our office. You can buy in our online store by following all the steps along the purchase process and selecting the "Self Pick up" option. Then you can pay at our office. Buy physically and pick up at our office. You can come to our office during our opening hours .   • What time can I pick up my order?
    Along our opening hours: Opening hours: Mon-Sat: 9:30am - 5:30pm
  • What documentation do I need to present to be able to pick up my order with the Pick up service?
    If you bought your products online with the option option of pick up at our offices: To collect your order with our Pick up service you only need to present your order pick-up email , which we send to the email account you have selected, to be able to pick up your purchase.
  • How much time do I have to pick up my Store Pickup order?
    For Pickup orders you have 7 calendar days from the email notification that informs you that it is now available.
  • Do you have physical stores?
    No. Our shop is based on online shopping. But you can buy and pick up your purchase at our office thanks our Pick up service.   • How to find a product?
    To find a product, you can display the navigation menu (located in the upper left corner on the mobile version). This way, you will be able to access all the available areas and types of products. Each type of product have a dropdown with their respective products by brands. You can also use Share box located in the upper side with the respective icon.
  • What are the accepted payment options?
    For online purchases: You can pay for your purchases with the following means: Credit, debit or wallet card: Visa, Mastercad, American express Alipay For physical purchases: Cash Payme FPS

  • Where the products come from?
    All our products come from Mexico.
  • What does it mean when a bottle of tequila or mezcal is 100% Agave?
    A bottle of tequila o mezcal 100% Agave means that it doesn't contain added sugar, colorants, additives, or added flavors. Most of these bottles were produced by traditional or ancestral techniques.
